Shipping within Saudi Arabia:

Wheels products can only be shipped to customers located in any region within the boundaries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not provide international shipping services at this time. Our primary focus is on serving our customers within the Kingdom, offering them access to our top-notch products and services.

Shipping Methods:

Depending on the location, we deliver through Wheels logistics team or through SMSA.

Orders of accessories, clothing and spare parts ONLY (Orders that does NOT include any bikes):

34.5 SAR shipping fee for orders value up to 500 SAR
Free delivery for orders value above 500 SAR

Orders of Bikes (Orders the includes at least 1 bike):

Riyadh
Jeddah
Dammam
Khobar
Dhahran
AlUla

- 150 SAR for all other cities in Saudi Arbia.

Processing Shipping orders:

If your delivery location is in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran or AlUla, you will receive your order within 7 days from order date.
if you live in other cities, it will take you no longer than 10 days from order date to receive your order.

In exceptional times and during promotion periods, it may take longer than the defined period to deliver the products, and customers are notified of this when ordering the products.
